Powercat praised in Practical Boatowner
June 2005

The Powercat has enjoyed a rave review by David Harding in The Practical Boatowner, which praised the Powercats “incredible stability”, its “generous deck space” and its “ability to slice through the water totally unperturbed by wavelets that would normally cause slapping and banging on a rib or conventional monohull. Try as I might I could find no flaws in the Powercat's handling”.
David continued to say “At this stage it would be pointless to deny that I was mightily impressed by the powercat. She's not cheap and might not suit everyone, but look at what she offers: stability, smoothness, low wash, the ability to maintain high speeds in rough conditions, superb directional stability, a self draining deck, five air chambers in each hull for safety, fuel efficiency, lots of space, low speed maneuverability, and the security of twin engines. As I see it this cat wins the argument”.

Testimonials
“It is an extremely attractive and practical craft which everyone enjoys and has remained a family friend. Happy in all conditions, whether in smooth water between islands or out in the heavy Atlantic swell, it always gives us a feeling of confidence and safety.”
